Amy was a wonderful agent for us. She helped my wife and I navigate the complexities of selling our first home and she was a excellent advocate during the building of our new home. She handled everything on the sale of our home from listing, staging, showing, and even negotiations with our buyer with expertise and gave us great advice. With all of her hard work, we had multiple offers the first day of showing and a firm sale within a week. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I'm generally hesitant to provide a 5 star review because maybe it feels fake. Four stars is pretty good you know? But in this case Clayton really deserves all 5 stars. This market is absolutely insane for someone trying to buy a house. The combination of that and the pandemic meant that I actually paused my search for most of the summer of 2020. But Clayton stuck with it, is knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and quickly learned what I was looking for and what sort of detail I'd want for all the questions I had. He's very responsive and easy to get ahold of, and recommended a mortgage company that's similarly helpful and responsive (and which had excellent rates). 100% recommend Clayton to anyone buying a home. I can't speak for the experience when selling, but based on how he is when buying, when I sell this place I'm calling him up.

Our house seemed to be a problem from the onset of the listing. Many parties were interested but few were able to qualify. It was difficult for us because we lived 300 miles away and could not see what was happening first hand. Don was determined to find us a buyer and he stuck with it through more unqualified and uneducated potential buyers than we care to count. There were multiple offers that fell apart for crazy reasons and up until the very last minute, Don refused to lose faith. He helped us keep the process alive by running around to city offices, riding herd on building inspectors, and locating contractors who could fix the problems which arose. I'm sure there are things which he did on our behalf which we don't even know about, and we are grateful for his knowledge and knowing what needed to be done without having to be asked. We could not have accomplished the final sale without him being willing to bend over backward to make everything happen that needed to happen in a very short window of time. We are now the proud owners of one mortgage instead of two.
