Sarah exceeded my expectations in every way. We used her services to help us buy a home from out of state. As we looked at homes she had great suggestions, and insights to help us understand things we would have never thought of. She was accommodating to our schedule with showings, and was upbeat and pleasant to work with. Once we found a home we loved, she provided some keen suggestions that helped us edge out the other offer we were competing against. Not only is Sarah a fantastic realtor, but she was also able to connect us to a team of supportive professionals that were equally as impressive. This included an exceptional lender, title company, and insurance agents. As we were working through the complexity of simultaneously selling our home and buying a new one, her team took the lead and helped us navigate all the logistics and close on time. I can't say enough about how appreciative we were for all the wonderful ways that Sarah helped us through a tough and stressfull process. If you need a realtor Sarah Jense is the right choice.

We worked with Ron Ogden on our move to Utah from Kansas City. Not knowing much about specific areas and neighborhoods, Ron was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He was always responsive, always so nice, and never minded taking the time to look at numerous houses with us. He would even FaceTime us when we couldn't be there in person. When we found THE house, Ron helped us negotiate an excellent deal, helping us save some money and still get the house we fell in love with. Ron Ogden went above and beyond to help make sure we were happy and satisfied. Not only would I use him again if we decide to sell/repurchase, but I would hands down recommend him to anyone I know looking for a realtor in the Davis County area.

Jeff was great in communication, understanding and patience as our situation became very complicated. We very much appreciated and enjoyed working with such a patient and thoughtful person as our realtor! Thank you so much Jeff!
