I highly recommend Sylvia. I first worked with Sylvia when I was looking to buy a house to get into the Salt Lake valley market. More recently, when I was looking to sell that very house I was considering using Homie as I liked the idea of paying a bit less in commissions. Even though I was not even a client of Sylvia's at that point and I had told her I was leaning toward Homie, she put hours of her time into trying to understand my thinking and showing me data on why she would do a better job. During my selling process, there were a few different issues that came up (entirely on the buyer's end) and I don't think I would have been able to get through it all without Sylvia's constant support and work. Sylvia will take the time to understand what matters to you and she will fight for it every step of the way to make sure you get exactly what you want. We ended up selling my house for nearly $45k above listing.
