I highly recommend Sylvia. I first worked with Sylvia when I was looking to buy a house to get into the Salt Lake valley market. More recently, when I was looking to sell that very house I was considering using Homie as I liked the idea of paying a bit less in commissions. Because of my respect for Sylvia's past work with me, however, I called her and let her know what I was thinking and why I was thinking Homie and told her that I wanted to hear from her perspective if there were reasons I was not considering.
