Ashley provided a wealth of insight for my situation, and always clearly explained pros/cons, as well as made awesome suggestions.2) Listened to my preferences! I didn’t even know what I preferred when I started my housing search, but as we looked at more properties, she picked up quickly on my patterns to learn what I gravitated towards. I really REALLY appreciated that.3) Punctual! Ashley was always at appointments before me. Always on time, always responsive, reliable, and really thorough with everything. That made the process feel so easy.4) Great network of people to help! Ashley knows the Utah market so well that she also knows a lot of other reliable contacts. For example, she put me in contact with a good handyman, my lender, and was even able to have her business partner let me into a house while she was out of town on vacation. I really think this is a crucial part of the real estate process, and as a client, it removes so much stress and worry. Lastly, Ashley is just all around strong, fun, and I’ll actually miss going to see houses with her!
