Working with Barbi was an incredible experience from beginning to end. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and guided us through the entire process with professionalism, honesty, and care. As first time home buyers we were new to the process but she was a perfect fit! Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave us total confidence, and she was always quick to answer questions and offer helpful insights. When we found our dream home, Barbi made sure everything went smoothly through closing. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Tricia is truly wonderful. It’s obvious she has a proven process to everything involved with listing and selling, and buying properties (which was our experience with her). Not only does she have a process, she has a team of people she flawlessly orchestrates. It’s like watching a play at a theatre. You are so engaged with the plot, and the actors on stage, but what you don’t see is all the back stage work - and she’s got that all dialed in too. It was truly easy to work with Tricia, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
