She communicated so quickly and when we needed anything, she was on it! In the end, she helped us get the house we never thought we would find! We had surprises along the way because of the sellers not listing the house correctly, but she worked overtime to help us learn all the issues! Our family moved across the country, from Salt Lake City to Melrose, and John helped us every step of the way. While we were still living in Utah, John visited numerous open houses and scheduled showings, during which he made detailed video tours of each home.
