Tanen was not only super positive when showing us multiple homes, but he used his previous expertise as an appraiser to help us understand different aspects of the homes we looked at. He paid attention to our likes and dislikes and was able to convince us to look in an area we hadn't considered before based on the home type and budget we wanted.
