She knows SO much about everything to do with the market, negotiating, strategy, etc. She makes you feel so comfortable and is also reassuring throughout the entire process. I am so pleased to be in this beautiful new home!! It’s easy to say someone goes above and beyond but the work Kristin does puts that to shame. It’s like she flies around the universe for you! The amount of things she didn’t have to do, that helped me move out of my old place and into my new- is the defining factor of why this process went smooth and my transition to a new home was relatively low stress.
