Bryce helped us buy 2 properties through a 1031 exchange. He was super helpful and responsive. He took us to see a bunch of properties before deciding on the best fit for our circumstances. He also has great connections to make the process as seamless as possible.

She genuinely enjoyed diving into the complexities of rate buy-downs and creative ways to maximise seller concessions and protect our wallet. We joked that after this transaction she is well on her way to becoming a mortgage broker too! Nicki feels like family to us now.
