Brett was very helpful in letting me know what had to happen to get my house ready to put on the market. He was great in keeping me posted on what was going on during the sell. I would recommend him if you are selling or buying a house.

We were lucky to have Tricia as our realtor after she helped other family members find their home. She was very patient showing us multiple homes while we narrowed down our search. Our toddler loved going to look at homes with her, and she was patient and very helpful with them during showings. Hand written cards were an additional touch showing her thoughtfulness. We don't foresee needing to go house shopping anytime soon, but we know we have an excellent realtor if we do.
