I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Shanna. She knows the real estate business inside and out and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I really felt like she had our back and was completely dedicated to finding us a home. The market in our price range was extremely competitive and intimidating. She really gave us confidence that it would work out, and then she literally made it happen for us. We will undoubtedly use her for all our real estate needs from here on out and recommend her to everyone we know. What's more is that on top of being an expert in her field, her personality is awesome. We loved house hunting with her, had fun, and left the experience with a home we love and a new friend. Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost.
