Some would probably describe her as a bulldog — and after working with her, I mean that as a huge compliment. You want someone like that in your corner when you’re selling a house. She gave us honest advice on pricing, marketing, negotiations, and even what repairs or updates actually mattered versus what would have been a waste of time and money.
