This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to do. We called Susan and she got the ball rolling for us very quickly. She is very personable. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the process of buying the house, the area, and the homes. She was on point!! She was always ready to help with what ever we needed. We traveled a bit to see the houses we were interested in and she was completely ready to go! Very very smooth process!! ?? I also felt she was trustworthy.

Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.

Dan was excellent from beginning to end. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn (and after touring 50+ homes, and a lot of questions!), and he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. One of the things that stood out most was Dan’s eye for detail. While walking through homes, he was constantly pointing out things we wouldn’t have known to look for—potential concerns, things to be cautious about, and details that could affect the value or ownership of a home. He didn’t just open doors; he educated us along the way. His knowledge of the market was also invaluable. He had a strong sense of what was realistically priced, what was overpriced, and where there might be room to negotiate. He was also willing to go beyond our original target areas so we could fully understand our options and make sure we were choosing the right home and location. Communication was exceptional. Dan was immediately responsive, made scheduling showings incredibly easy, and was always available when questions came up. He is professional, well respected, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has strong relationships and connections throughout the area. Most importantly, we always felt like we were getting thoughtful, experienced advice. Dan is truly top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our first home.

I was a Buyer and Shirley was representing the Seller. I was not using a real estate agent for this purchase and she made it very easy and smooth for me. I would highly suggest using her in the future if you’re looking at buying or selling a home.
