This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to do. We called Susan and she got the ball rolling for us very quickly. She is very personable. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.
