She was very "on the ball" at answering questions, communicating with our seller, and helping me navigate anything I was unfamiliar with (careful to explain what was going on along the way!:) I also appreciated how she pointed me in the right direction toward how to search for a house....it was a valuable asset as she and I were able to keep tabs on what was for sale in the area I wanted to live in.
