Kristin was absolutely fantastic to work with! We were moving across the country, and she made the entire home-buying process feel so much easier. She was incredibly accommodating with scheduling showings, knowledgeable about a variety of locations, and had great connections with multiple lenders to help us find the right match. She even attended our home inspection and FaceTimed us so we could be there virtually. Throughout the entire process, her communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and taken care of. We are so grateful to have had Kristin as our realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy agent!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was convinced I needed a PhD in paperwork and an extra set of hands just to keep up. The process felt so overwhelming, I half-expected to end up living in a cardboard box. But then Kristen swooped in like a real estate superhero and walked me through every single step with unmatched patience. When things seemed to be falling apart, and my lending issues threatened to turn my dream home into a distant memory, she stepped in, laid out a battle plan, gave me clear direction, and somehow salvaged the situation like a pro. She is beyond incredible; her professionalism is truly outstanding. When I was stressed and ugly-crying and convinced I’d never own anything but a collection of pizza boxes, she stood up for me, listened patiently, and somehow kept me from losing my mind. I felt completely supported and heard throughout the entire experience, like I had a real estate bodyguard by my side. I could not recommend her services more highly to anyone looking to buy a home.

Kristin handled every twist and turn we encountered with skill and precision. She kept an open line of communication to keep us at ease the entire time. We couldn’t have found a better realtor to sell our house. 10 out of 10 we will be suggesting Kristin to everyone we know for their future real estate needs. She made selling our old house and the purchase of our new home an absolute breeze.
