Due to a job transfer we were faced with moving and selling our home with little notice, at the end of the summer (after peak selling season). We needed to sell fast but didn’t want to lose equity by lowering the price. We tried to sell it FSBO for about 10 days to see if we could save some money, but it was a LOT of work and headache. We reached out to Lisa and she came to the rescue! She took the time to walk through our house and gave us great insights on things to change or fix that would help with a quick sell at the current market value. She understood the market and coached us on pricing. She oversaw the photo shoot to make sure everything looked perfect, held an open house to drive traffic and used her extensive network of agents to get our listing in front of as many clients as possible. Our home went under contract in about two weeks! Lisa didn’t stop there, she continued to coach us through the negotiation phase until closing. Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost.
