We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless. I would highly recommend Debbie for any real-estate needs.

Bryce helped us buy 2 properties through a 1031 exchange. He was super helpful and responsive. He took us to see a bunch of properties before deciding on the best fit for our circumstances. He also has great connections to make the process as seamless as possible.

Jennifer is an amazing agent who handled all aspects of a complicated home sale efficiently and effectively. She is an excellent communicator with all parties involved, and she did extensive behind-the-scenes work to save a contract that would have otherwise fallen apart due to multiple mistakes by the buyer's mortgage company.
