I hired Ann to sell my house after being frustrated with another agent. She was absolutely incredible!! My home wasn't in the category that sells in a day, or a week or a month, but instead, was in a higher-priced category. More expensive homes take longer to sell and are harder to market. She used creative and unique ways to get the attention of people who would be buying houses in my price category. She was both charming and delightful to potential buyers and was open to any suggestions I wanted to try for getting the house sold. She is a perfect combination of professionalism, tenacity, and amiability --just the type of agent you would want representing you in the real estate market.
