Gary is a very friendly guy and surrounds himself with great staff! His experience gives him almost a 5th sense as I looked for a new home, knowing the history of a neighborhood and usually, even the house so I knew hidden details before even stepping in the door. He got to know me and focused my search, avoiding homes he knew I would not be happy with. I would ask to see some anyway and he was right, the pictures online and detail only tell half the story and Gary seems to know the rest. He also goes beyond any other realtor I have ever known. Takes care of all the details and lets me focus on my life, and my search. He has so many resources and contacts at his finger tips as well, to help you move in, or even to make a good home great. I just bought a house that was a fixer-upper. I was hesitant to buy but at my price range, it was the best compromise. He had multiple contacts for me to use for paint, yard work, flooring, roofing and so many more great quality professionals at that work at comparatively bargain prices. So far, Gary has sold 3 homes for me, and helped me buy my 3rd home as of last week, as my personal home needs have changed over the last 24 years I have known him. I do highly recommend him and will use him again if I decide to move in the future.
