I have purchased two homes with Brandon and he is wonderful. He is truly a master of his craft. He is extremely knowledgeable about the work he does. Brandon's estimate of our home's value when we placed our offer ended up being the exact amount it appraised for, which saved us about $15,000. He is personable and I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house I didn't love. He is also not afraid to discuss concerns about a home, which is helpful to someone like me, who might not notice. He is also very accessible at almost any hour of the day, which was really helpful to me as I went through the process (twice!). I would never go with another realtor. Brandon is the best!

From our first meeting with Lisa knew she was the person we wanted to help sell our house. She picked up the phone every time we called, she used every resource possible to market and promote and she worked closely with her vast network of realtors. There was a comparable house nearby that hosted an open house within days of ours (which we ended up cancelling because Lisa had the house sold before it happened). Even though our open house was cancelled, we still had WAY more people show up than the other house. She knows how to get prospective buyers to look at a property. We were offered a significant amount over asking price and our closing was quick and effortless. I can't imagine anyone else who could have done it better.
