Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle Kendall who exceeded all my expectations. Her market knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale, utilizing her expertise to attract qualified buyers and negotiate a fantastic deal. I highly recommend Michelle for her professionalism, dedication, and outstanding results!
