The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. Pam was diligent finding homes to show us and she paid close attention to the features we wanted. She was always accessible and returned calls and messages right away. She also kept in communication with my agent in California monitoring the status of selling my home. She was conscientious in communicating our desires to the agent selling the house I purchased here in spite of his difficult communications efforts. We couldn't have had a better experience.
