At the time, we weren’t decided on whether we’d purchase an existing home or build a custom. While researching Adam’s leads from our location in Seattle, he was busy leveraging his contacts and scouting local properties in person, even transmitting aerial footage to us from his drone. In the end, Adam found us an unlisted existing that exceeded our expectations, and then worked just as hard for us pre- and post- purchase as he did in the early stages of our quest.
