Coral was very knowledgeable on things we didn't know about she took time to explain things to us and didn't pressure us into buying just anything she pointed out things we didn't notice. We highly recommend coral alkashif to everyone

JC is absolutely fantastic! As my agent JC went above and beyond scheduling my house cleaning, staging the condo and holding the open house all while I traveled around the Caribbean. Her team kept me fully informed of all items occurring and worked with other realtors on site to obtain the most views resulting in 9,000 views of my place within 24 hours of the listing!! JC and her team are very knowledgeable answering all my market/borrowing questions. They were able to work around my schedule and get me pre-qualified extremely quickly again while thoroughly answering any questions I had and didn’t have providing all details to me. I highly recommend this dedicated and seasoned realtor agent who will go beyond any expectations to ensure success for you!

There were a lot of ups and downs while I was searching for the right property. Avery asked a lot of questions and I was confident that she understood exactly what I was looking for. We looked at a lot of properties and there were a few times I was ready to throw in the towel but Avery kept looking. She even offered to knock doors in neighborhoods that I liked and try to find a home even if it was unlisted! When we finally were able to submit an offer, Avery was so great about keeping in communication with the seller's agent and keeping them informed and comfortable that my financing was moving forward. We finally closed on what I think is the perfect property for me right now and we got a great deal on it too! Totally recommend Avery!! A+++
