Emric was wonderful to work with. He took the time to get to know us and to understand what we were looking for in a first home. He made sure that we were well informed on the process of purchasing a home, as well as being so ready to answer any and all questions we had. He was efficient and punctual when it came to setting up houses for us to view in person. When we were ready to purchase our home, Emric did everything he possibly could to make sure we felt comfortable with moving forward at each step. Even though the closing process was a pain (due to the sellers), Emric was there for us every step of the way to fight for us, help is, and reassure us that things would work out. Working with Colleen was an extraordinary experience. She was thoroughly versed in each of the multiplicity of steps required to sell one House and purchase another. She gave me detailed instructions about the small improvements I could complete to make the house more appealing to a buyer. In her dealings with me, she was always warm and supportive, while at the same time, conveying the assurance that she was a consummate professional. During the month that we worked together, she checked in at least twice a day, and met with me personally frequently. Colleen is an extra mile kind of person. The day before my big move, she and her husband came to my place and broke down the queen bed in my guestroom to save 20 minutes of the movers time the next day. She and her husband took three tall bookcases from my old home to the thrift store, so that I would not have to pay for the moving company to make a second trip back to my home. On several occasions, she brought me fresh vegetables from her garden. I ended up very happy about the sale of my family home and my move into the beautiful condo she found for me. Colleen is simply one of the best.
