Colleen Santos

Working with Colleen was an extraordinary experience. She was thoroughly versed in each of the multiplicity of steps required to sell one House and purchase another. She gave me detailed instructions about the small improvements I could complete to make the house more appealing to a buyer. In her dealings with me, she was always warm and supportive, while at the same time, conveying the assurance that she was a consummate professional. During the month that we worked together, she checked in at least twice a day, and met with me personally frequently. Colleen is an extra mile kind of person. The day before my big move, she and her husband came to my place and broke down the queen bed in my guestroom to save 20 minutes of the movers time the next day. She and her husband took three tall bookcases from my old home to the thrift store, so that I would not have to pay for the moving company to make a second trip back to my home. On several occasions, she brought me fresh vegetables from her garden. I ended up very happy about the sale of my family home and my move into the beautiful condo she found for me. Colleen is simply one of the best.
