She stayed in contact with us and helped us negotiate the price we were asking. She knew real estate law very well and helped us when counteroffering and building addendums. Blake is a very knowledgeable realtor whose specialty is taking the fear and worry out of selling your home. He helped us sell quickly and for a fair price and represented our interests during the entire process.

I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Shanna. She knows the real estate business inside and out and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I really felt like she had our back and was completely dedicated to finding us a home. The market in our price range was extremely competitive and intimidating. Since this was the biggest purchase we've ever made, we felt really nervous just picking someone online and trusting the reviews. Fabian helped my friend find her new house. I was so impressed. When I wanted to sell my house I called him. He is personable, responsible, and always polite. He explained my options very well and presented my house like a pro. He negotiated on my behalf and my house sold in 6 days. He was present when I signed my closing docs and gave me a nice thank you gift. I forgot to mention he also gave my friend a nice gift for her new house. Fabian, left a very good impression.
