She is a powerful negotiator and has been a key resource to have in the industry. UPDATE (March 2022): Just bought our first investment property. Becca's knowledge not only of the market but also of the other long agents in Utah helped us provide the chosen bid among the stiff competition in the current market! We could easily go to some of these "cut the agent out and save" services to buy/sell real estate but Becca's knowledge/experience is worth EVERY dollar she gets paid.
