When my husband and I decided to sell our Ogden UT home, we wanted to go with an agency that didn't adhere to the traditional 6% real estate fee so we called around and left messages (it was Memorial Day weekend). Brandon responded the same day! We didn't know what to expect with this flat fee approach but he walked us through the steps, kept us informed along the way. We settled on a listing price that resulted in 12 or 15 showings (I lost track!) within 2.5 days and multiple offers above the listing price by the end of the 3rd day of listing. We were under contract within a week of listing the house! I can't say enough about how responsive Brandon was, not only to us, but also to all of the seller agents so that a great flow through on the viewings was maintained.
