This was our second time working with Tricia. 5 years ago she helped us find out first house which was the perfect fit for our little family. This time around she helped us find a much needed upgrade in space and location. She was also extremely helpful in fighting for us when issues came up in the transaction. My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. Also, I truly felt he wasn't rushing me to find something so he could get paid. I will definitely use Dustin if I ever move again! - Justin Herron
