As an out of town seller, I was dependent on the probity of my agent. My circumstances were such that the success of my real estate transaction was primarily driven by my agent. Mr. Grappone was my agent and he took charge from day one and saw this entire process through to closing. The property that I put for sale needed some improvements and being out of town I could not schedule maintenance items and follow up with contractors to see that the work was performed to acceptable standards. Mr. Grappone, responsibly took control of the entire process and unwavering saw it through. After he had skillfully worked through the labyrinth of contractors and the property met his high standards of marketability, he established a marketing plan for the sale of the property and professionally presented the home to the public. Mr. Grappone kept me in the loop during the entire process of selling the home. He made himself available and proactively communicated with me regularly so that I was fully aware of next steps. The closing was effortless under his attention and did not require my attendance, in fact, not once did I travel to North Carolina to work on or consummate this sale. Mr. Grappone is indeed, a realtor of the upmost integrity who works tirelessly to perform for his clients. I could not have chosen a more capable or professional person than Jimmy Grappone. He earned every cent of his commissions with brilliant service and extraordinary professionalism. Thank you Mr. Grappone for a job well done!
