We worked with Trace early in 2024 when we were ready to sell our house and immediately knew we made the right decision. Trace wanted to come see our house in person and take the time from his schedule to talk to us face to face about the process and what our expectations of him and the process should be. He was patient and took the additional time to explain anything we had questions about. Trace was always responsive and answered any phone call, text, or email that we sent to him. Trace's homework and knowledge of real estate showed with his pricing of our home and advice for preparation of the property for sale. Within hours of listing we had several showings lined up and gained traction quickly. We had offers and went under contract within 24hours. Trace's expertise showed even more during the negotiations leading up to closing. He gave his advice and weighed in the pros and cons to help us to make the best decision possible and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. Trace's professionalism, patience, and care were second to none. We hope to never have to sell or buy again now that we are in our "forever home" , but if we ever do, we will absolutely seek our Trace's assistance again. If you are buying or selling, I strongly encourage you to enlist Trace's help and expertise to make this stressful time in your life an easier and pleasant experience. Thank you Trace!!
