We met Robin at a showing that we went to just window shopping. We thought actually buying a house was out of our reach for several more years. Robin listened to our situation and assured us we could do it. she found lenders willing to work with us, went to LOTS of showings with us as we shopped around (even during a pandemic), helped us negotiate a great deal on a property that fit all the needs of our family of 7. She was with us through the entire process, answering questions even late or on weekends. When covid threw the whole process into chaos, she pushed the lenders, lawyers, sellers agent, inspectors, and anyone else involved to a speedy resolution. She was there to consul us when things went awry and to celebrate when they went well. Covid turned what should have been a 30 day closing into almost 4 months, but Robin fought for us the entire time, even going so far as to pitch in some of her own commission when the seller refused to pay for a necessary repair.
