Harrison did an incredible job to keep me informed on great homes to ensure I could get my foot in the door to see if it felt like home. In many cases, that meant driving 30-45 minutes on short notice on multiple occasions to see a house. On top of all the legwork and research he did to make this home buying experience successful, the best part is that he treats everyone as a priority.

Looking for a home from out of state is extremely challenging, but Susan made the effort to understand what we were looking for and made excellent recommendations on what neighborhoods to focus our search and what homes were excellent values. Susan really shined during our negotiations and through the closing, walking us through each step and staying on top of the entire process to ensure closing occurred on schedule. She compiled additional documents for our appraisal and communicated with us almost daily to keep us informed. Susan went above and beyond during our out of state closing by doing a video walkthrough with us and securing our keys.
