OMG! I have so much praise to bestow upon Tony. Let me explain. Tony helped me to purchase a couple of rental units, a few years back. After that experience, I swore that I would never use another agent, if the need ever came back up. First of all, he is the kindest, most knowledgable, go-getter in the industry. And I know this because I work with so many agents with my moving company. From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality.
