I am so thankful for Amy! I used Amy as my realtor to help me down size from my home of over 50 years to a 55+ condo community. Purchasing a condo can be an overwhelming experience but Amy helped me step by step through the entire process and made it a pleasant experience. I had been in the hospital at the time two condos became available in the building that I liked and and she went to both units and sent me photos and videos of the units and the grounds. She helped me narrow down to the unit I ultimately made an offer on and purchased. She helped me prepare for my meeting with the condo board association as well.
