I am so thankful for Amy! I used Amy as my realtor to help me down size from my home of over 50 years to a 55+ condo community. Purchasing a condo can be an overwhelming experience but Amy helped me step by step through the entire process and made it a pleasant experience. I had been in the hospital at the time two condos became available in the building that I liked and and she went to both units and sent me photos and videos of the units and the grounds. She helped me narrow down to the unit I ultimately made an offer on and purchased. She helped me prepare for my meeting with the condo board association as well. She was so patient answering my questions and always so friendly. I cannot recommend her enough.
