As stated above my experience with Leigh was overall very positive. She went above and beyond to ensure the right fit with the right house with all my needs met. She communicated clearly and ensured all questions were answered in an appropriate time, even outside of normal business hours. When issues arose, she was quick to find solutions. As a first time home buyer, she was fully capable of handling issues and clarifying details. If I had to provide a critique, it would be for her to stress buyers to visit more properties than they think is enough. The small amount of time it takes to visit even one more property could be worth the effort to ensure the buyer is 100% comfortable with the purchase. Overall, we feel lucky to have stumbled upon a competent and reliable realtor and will have no hesitation to ask for her assistance in the future.

We were moving from outside the area and Sherri was able to line up several viewings on the same day. She listened to what each of us was looking for in our next house and was able to match our wants with our dream house. We looked at quite a few houses, but kept returning to the same house. She provided guidance and worked with the seller's agent to overcome concerns we had. The house turned out perfectly and we are so excited to move to the area.
