About Penny

I have been a Realtor® since September of 2002. Absolutely love helping people find that perfect property or sell the one they have! I have been married to my husband Chris for 34 years, and have two wonderful children, Patrick-married to Alex and Lizzie-graduated from University of Texas at Austin. I am an active member at Henrietta First Baptist Church and sing in our church choir and I am also a member of a singing group, One Voice. I serve as a trustee for the Henrietta ISD School Board, served as director on the Wichita Falls Board of Realtors, served on the Clay County Appraisal District Board, and served as TREPAC Trustee for Texas Realtors. I own a coffee shop in Henrietta, Lillies Coffee Shop, volunteer for CASA and belong to the Junior Delphians. My passion is God, family and real estate! My hobbies are singing and quilting! It is always my pleasure to serve you and my community!

Excellent communicator with a great personality!

Penny is exceptional in all aspects of the Realtor business. The market is slow right now and she sold my house in less than a month. She makes herself available, returns calls quickly, and goes the extra mile. She works after hours, during lunch and while on vacation. She explains the process and keeps you informed. She is also very personable, caring and professional.
