We contacted Heather Winchester and Heather Smith after a horrible experience with another agent. Our house had only been on the market a week. The Heathers picked up and ran with our listing. They created marketing materials, open houses, advertised, and followed up! In a not-so-great market, they sold our house in a month! We had multiple offers and MANY showings. I will not lie; this experience was a rollercoaster that required a lot of Faith, patience, and wine - but it's over! Communication from Heather Winchester was second to none. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable she is and how patient she was with us. I highly recommend this team!

Caralee did a fantastic job in communicating with us as well as making the best plan to sell our house in a new construction neighborhood. With our home only being about a year old it was difficult to compete with the builders. She also did a great job with photos and marketing. She was also an absolute pleasure to talk to. If we still lived in the area we would absolutely use her AGAIN!

Stacy is the most amazing realtor ever! We met 4 years ago when my family was looking for a rental. She helped us get into a house that we rented for 4 years and she continued to reach out to us with small tokens of appreciation and hello’s (even though she made nothing on helping us find a rental). I was probably the world’s most challenging client, but Talyn and Kayla handled it like pros! Cue the market chaos, inspections that were straight out of a horror movie, a contract termination (yes, it was that bad), and one serious case of buyer panic. Through it all, they somehow managed to keep me sane and, most impressively, didn’t run for the hills. They even salvaged the deal after termination, bringing it back to the table and managing to get it signed and closed in record time despite all the hurdles. Talyn and Kayla fought for every inch of this deal, negotiating like champs to land me the best-case scenario I didn’t think was possible.
