They were professional and knowledgeable. Kayla did a great job during our inspection process as well and negotiated a great deal for us on repairs and followed through to make sure they were completed. We have purchased and sold many homes through the years but I’ve never had such a great experience! From the very beginning of the process with a walk through to establish the asking price until the very end with them offering to help us pack, our realtor Kayla Gill, and the Talyn Provo team exceeded our expectations! We were also so pleased with the 2 Open Houses they hosted with lots of food and drinks starting on the very first weekend our house went on the market! A team of 4 people showed up at our house with a beautiful charcuterie board, soft drinks, tea, wine etc! I have already referred our realtor Kayla and all the team to several friends for a professional and stress free experience!
