Jennifer was strongly referred to me by a friend. I was selling a home that I had inherited, which had flooded, twice. She stepped right in and counseled me on how to proceed. I am a senior and had trust issues over the whole process, but her calming nature helped me. She set the price of the home based on the market and sold it in 5 days over the asking price. The impressive thing is that she explained to me each offer and why some were valid and some were not. I am happy for the investor who bought my home and hope to see the renovation one day. I had a realtor before who sold my house and helped me buy the new one. Once it was over and there were issues, she was gone. Not so, with Jennifer. 4 months later, she is helping me deal with a water bill problem with the City of Houston. I will have a house in Sandcreek to sell one day. I will definitely call on my realtor Jennifer, who is now my friend Jennifer

She doesn’t hesitate to help, answer questions, and literally take you anywhere in Houston to show you around. She even was there when I had questions after the purchase was complete.
