When we weren’t getting timely responses from GAF regarding our roof warranty claim, Diamond even took it upon herself to contact GAF directly and follow up repeatedly so we didn’t have to. Thanks to her persistence, GAF ultimately agreed to replace our entire roof, even though we weren’t yet having any issues — just some prematurely worn shingles. May and Diamond also coordinated last-minute handyman repairs and hosted open houses every weekend until our home sold. When multiple offers came in, they personally called each buyer’s lender to verify financial qualifications and ensure a smooth closing process.
