At the same time we were buying our new home, we were preparing to list our previous home for sale, which was a very stressful process with so many moving parts. When we weren’t getting timely responses from GAF regarding our roof warranty claim, Diamond even took it upon herself to contact GAF directly and follow up repeatedly so we didn’t have to. Thanks to her persistence, GAF ultimately agreed to replace our entire roof, even though we weren’t yet having any issues — just some prematurely worn shingles. We have known Elena a long time. She was the property manager of our first landlord or our very fist home in Houston. She always had great communication and was obviously great at her job.
