Cynthia was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, on top of things, and generally kept what can be an overwhelming event for a new homebuyer, relatively easy. She handled all crazy seller issues (and there were several that popped up) with a smile, and kept most of the hassle of back and forth with a difficult seller from me (not in a bad way, but keeping some crazy that I didn’t need to deal with). I would absolutely recommend her to everyone. And Cynthia should be at the top of your short list for realtors in the DFW area.

Selling my Texas home remotely from another state seemed daunting, but Eric LaMay made the entire process run smoothly. As my Seller’s Agent, he provided excellent representation, honest feedback, and sensible advice, drawing from many years of experience, and always focused on getting my home sold. His communication was excellent, as he was happy to provide clear answers and explanations to any questions I had throughout the selling process. I was impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile. Since I wasn’t local, he took care of small fixes I couldn’t handle myself, helping to make sure my home was in the best shape for buyers. For larger fixes, he looked out for my best interests when interacting with contractors on my behalf. Eric is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and proactive, and I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor. I highly recommend him.

David is one of the most kind, upbeat, uplifting and positive Real Estate agents I know. Dave and I share locker space at a local Lifetime Fitness gym…I thankfully Ran into him after my morning work out and asked him what he thought about the current Real Estate Market and it’s Trends. He didn’t mince his words - (that’s what I love about Dave - he’s a straight shooter), he told me all you’re really wanting and thinking of doing was Saving some Money and not paying or wanting to pay a Realtor his/her Real Estate Commission. He told me if he could get me $ 50,000, $ 75,000, or a $ 100,000 dollars more than I could in me selling my home, and if and only if he (David) could sell my house for more - Would I be willing to Pay him a 6% commission. - for his representation in selling my home…and if didn’t sell it for more, Dave would be willing to reduce his Commission. He said all the above - mind you now, I put Dave in the position of Johnny on the Spot, (Front and Center) with all the locker room guys front, Center and first hand witnesses - Dave didn’t skip a beat - he was calm, Confident and assured me he’d sell my home for more-Well, as God as my witness Mr. Dutze got us between $ 75,000 and $ 100,000 more on the Sale of our Home than we expected… He helped us understand many, complex sales transaction details (Title - Surveys and Deed restrictions, Lending, Underwriting, appraisals, Home Inspections, etc) On a final note (for me and my husband) this is the most important fact - His Character - Dave’s integrity, honesty and his high morals, are self evident before, during and after the transaction. His integrity is tremendously refreshing. He referenced his faith in Jesus Christ - walking the walk and talking the talk - David is a previous Gem (a Diamond 💎) a joy and pleasure to work with. We consider Dave a trusted confidant and a lNew Found Friend. My wife was so impressed, she’s working with David - Helping him with his Transactions.
