This is our second time working with Holly to sell our home. The first round was a direct sell where she came in to help with all the formality/communication/organization/etc needed for a smooth sale. This second round was straight to the market. It wasn't the prettiest seller's market either. Holly guided us, prepared us, and led us with confidence and tenured knowledge through the whole process. She provides so much information up front and stays available to answer any questions that arise throughout the process. Her negotiation tactics helped us come out on top as well despite the before-mentioned market circumstances.
