His communication was excellent, as he was happy to provide clear answers and explanations to any questions I had throughout the selling process. I was impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile. Since I wasn’t local, he took care of small fixes I couldn’t handle myself, helping to make sure my home was in the best shape for buyers. For larger fixes, he looked out for my best interests when interacting with contractors on my behalf. Amazing experience! Eric LaMay was my son’s realtor over 10 years ago and when I made the decision to purchase a home, we called Eric. So excited I was taking this step, we forgot that it was Saturday evening. Eric answered and after talking for almost 10 minutes, he said he was in Mexico. We apologized for interrupting his get-a-way but talked almost 90 minutes. His professionalism is visible at the initial interaction. At our first meeting, he shared very important guidance regarding purchasing a home. I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands for this new chapter. That was the start (July 22, 2023) of my remarkable journey with Eric in search of my new home. His guidance and 25+ years of experience is undisputable. The observation and eye for property and educating me, made me feel extremely comfortable. I searched in preferred zip codes, Eric provided a portal that he and I could access to provide feedback on property. Eric listened and knew what I would like quickly. We looked at numerous properties and six weeks later, I found MY new home. My initial mortgage application for a VA loan was with Navy Federal Credit Union. The application process seemed non eventful until NFCU took a dark turn. During this dark turn, Eric provided very valuable guidance as I was devastated. I applied with a new mortgage company which was amazing and the original closing date (October 24, 2023) was met. Thank you, Eric….YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Mr. LaMay was impressive from our first meeting, through finding my perfect home, the purchase process and finally taking possession. His knowledge of the land and homes in the area, attention to detail and consistent communication with me was excellent. Eric is the best realtor I have worked with. He is so knowledgeable in areas I am not. He answers questions in easy to understand terms an takes the time needed to make sure that I understand.
