Mary was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I went into this thinking that it was going to take months to sell, and personally, I believe the only reason we sold our house as quickly as we did is because Mary was our realtor. She came in, gave us the rundown on our home estimate, let us know what we could do to increase value, how quickly we could move if we acted accordingly to her advice, and how easy it could be if we simply followed her. She made everything simple and she even had a decorator swing by that provided feedback for staging our house while we were still living there. From start to finish, the process with Mary was simply amazing. If I ever had to sell a home again in her area, I would absolutely utilize her expertise again. I highly recommend her and the decorator she works with. They were a dynamic duo and a force to be reckoned with in the real estate biz.

If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Danielle. Our home buying journey had its share of challenges, especially with our new construction home and unexpected delays outside of anyone’s control. There were times when the process felt stressful and uncertain, but Danielle remained patient, professional, and supportive every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and advocate for our family when we needed guidance. What I appreciated most was that she never treated us like just another transaction. She truly cared about helping us get into our home and making sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. Danielle’s knowledge, communication, and dedication made a huge difference in our experience. She celebrated the wins with us, helped us navigate the setbacks, and stayed committed until the very end. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family and for helping us make our dream of homeownership a reality. Thank you, Danielle, for your hard work, patience, and commitment! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Sincerely, The Thomas Family

Danielle Garber helped me navigate two difficult negotiations when selling and buying my new home. First was the sale of my home during difficult economic times and especially used homes. A brand new subdivision was building beautiful homes with the same specifications as mine close by plus they were offering many incentives that I couldn’t compete with. Along with the future buyers of my home did not accept my counteroffer and dropped out of negotiations. After rethinking the counteroffer and understanding they didn’t have the money to afford more I asked Danielle to contact their Realtor to see if they would be interested in my new offer. With further negotiations they accepted and my home sold. Second was the home I wanted to purchase, it was over priced with what needed to be done and the sellers, like myself, felt they had already compensated for the improvements. With more negotiations with how home sales were even worse then when they listed their home they ended up accepting my offer. They did go down the same amount I had to go down on my home to sale it. It wasn’t easy but it was accomplished thanks to Danielle. Rebecca Jennings
