we bought a house and moved out prior to putting our existing house on the market Followed Rachel's recommendations on getting the house ready for sale once we were out. She got the house photographed and it was put on the market with a boost. We had an offer in less than seven days and closed in about five weeks. Overall a great experience all the way through ! We met Matt and Rachel Ludeman by accident at an open house they were hosting and shortly met with them to have them help us find a house on the west side of El Paso. They helped us schedule visits to several properties until we found the right one. Very energetic, patient and efficient at getting things done. We now have a wonderful new home and in a short time had our old house prepped and ready to be listed. Our first offer came in a week. I can’t say enough about them as they have been great to work with, very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and in tune with home values/pricing in our area (as well as a lot of fun).
