Arian provided exceptional service with her friendly and positive attitude, extensive knowledge of the market, sense of urgency, and professionalism. During our first meeting and walk-through of the house, Arian was very observant, asked questions, and took notes. When she presented me with her market analysis and opinion after the walk-through, we were within $2K of each other regarding asking price. Arian came prepared with research and experience. For next steps, Arian outlined her strategy and expectations. From then on it was a quick and painless experience. Arian moved quickly and provided timely updates. It was approximately 2.5 months from meet to close. I would certainly recommend Arian as a realtor of choice!

I honestly was giving up hope.Everything just looked alike to me (houses)until my husband went off on his own,and that’s how he met Arian.Ever since then she made our experience so much easier,And let me just say…She is much more then a realtor.She turns in to a friend.I did this whole process while in Washington state.She called me every day,and anytime I wasn’t sure about something i would call her at all hours of the day and night,and i would feel bad ,because i knew she was home resting.She would always say…Don’t worry it’s ok.She made the process with the loan company easy and she always had me and Ernie in there conversations .We didn’t understand something or we had questions we were included thru messanger with her and Humberto the loan officer.The house was a new build,and she would go every couple days and take pictures on how the house was coming about and send them to us.She was there thru the signing process,so we could feel comfortable.I wanted a fireplace,and Arian new how to make it happen with a affordable price,and now i had to come home to Washington state to finish work for a couple months and my realtor has the key to my house incase of an emergency.I forgot to do a couple things pertaining the water and she sends her husband.Who does that???Yes it’s her job, but not to do all that,and for that I’m blessed and so greatful we found her!!!Arian Wallace.Ok i’m going to cry now.

She was very knowledgeable about the Communities in the areas she was showing us. She was very Patient with my Husband and I she took her time daily and showed us the city Sense we were not from El Paso Tx. She explained the builder market and the Benefits of buying New verses Re-Sell of an older property she explains the Pro’s & Con’s. She looks out for her client’s best interest. That’s what we loved about shopping with her for our Dream Home. Thank you to her entire team they were all great.

We are forever thankful to Arian for her dedication and hard work in helping us sell our homes in 2020, during the pandemic. We had to relocate on short notice and our home had been well lived in but in pretty decent shape. She made a few improvement recommendations before listing. Her team had professional pictures, walk through video and it made a huge difference. We even experienced a Tidewater, which I've never ever known about in my life and Arian and her team was able to get our tidewater overturned!! Which apparently doesn't happen very often at all. Also, we were able to get all repairs and everything involved with selling the home by Arian from our new location out of state! We don't have the financial stress anymore.

Arian did a FANTASTIC job getting our home sold. She is very knowledgeable and educated us through the process of selling our home the right way. We had to sell our home in order to re-use our VA Loan. We got professional pictures and a few staging items and our home was under contract the first week we put it on the market!!!! Arian made our first time selling our home a wonderful experience. I would recommend her over and over again. Thank you again.
