Ivan was great. This was our second time around and he was much better than our last realtor. We always got a response.within 24 hours and he was on time for everything and level headed. In negotiations he was able to get 5k more out of the seller that we did not think we would get which was quite nice. Very easy to work with and courteous. I would definitely recommend.
